ECL S.A. is a public company listed on the NewConnect market, which is analysing possible directions of further development and target operating model.

On February 17, 2026, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted a resolution on the merger of ECL S.A. (as the acquiring company) with SatRev S.A. (as the acquired company).

At this moment, no formalized sustainable development strategy (ESG) has been implemented. These issues will be taken into account at the stage of developing new directions of development after completion of the restructuring process.
